We are a UK wide company, based in Southern England. We have been trading in the Fitness and Exercise Equipment business for almost 7 years, and are skilled individuals in this particular field.
Because we have been trading in this industry for a longer time than most, we have built relationships with the fitness equipment manufacturers, and consequently have the honour of being able to receive up to 20 per cent extra discount on the products we buy. These saving are passed on to our customers. It is this benefit that makes us one of the leader withing the fitness equipment industry.
Not only can we offer extensive product knowledge from our lengthy experience with Fitness and Exercise Equipment, but we can also give you opinions based on previous experiences with the machines, all of which we have used.

The range includes a variety of rowing machines, some with air resistance, some with hydraulic rowing resistance.
We sell many treadmills too. From small manual folding treadmills all the way up to 11mph electronic incline programmable treadmills and running machines.
A big seller during the summer periods are weight benches and multi gyms. As a bunch of fitness fanatics ourselves, we regularly use free weights and fixed weight equipment to try and build up some muscle tone for the beach! The weight benches we have in our catalogue are mostly folding, however one or two bigger ones are fixed weight benches with higher weight limits.
Elliptical riders are a super way of getting fit, and are almost an adaptation to the regular exercise cycle or bike. The elliptical is a cross training machine which gives a good non-impact workout. The elliptical rider is a fantastic piece of exercise equipment for a cardio vascular workout. As is the exercise bike. The exercise bikes we sell vary in price depending on two factors. One is the type of resistance the cycle offers, and the second is the general build quality, including that of the computer or readout panel. A serious rider should always opt for the higher end equipment, although for anybody looking to improve their levels of fitness who are not yet super fit would be adequately suited to a mid-range machine.
Then we move on to the legs. Step machines are a great piece of fitness equipment for leg toning. The stepper will concentrate on areas such as the upper and lower leg muscles and the hips. In general, steppers will come with hydraulic pistons to provide the resistance. This can be altered on most machines if you require a harder, or softer workout.
