The Smith and Bench Machine by 'Gym Gear' is suitable for both home and commercial use and is compatible with olympic and standard plates.
This machine comes with a bench that is seperate from the Smith machine. The design allows users to use the bench with the Smith machine, or remove the bench for free weight training and to allow for standing exercises on the Smith machine.
